When this T&C was introduced, affiliate guard dog warned about it. The program responded by saying that it would not be enforced.
It is being enforced. They lied.
The more I read, the more I am getting to the point of pulling them.
Stupid, we have fought here for decent T&Cs for years. If some programs cheat and steal, and we catch them, we hold them responsible.
Now, if a program wants to introduce a different set of T&Cs than you signed for, fine. It applies to all who sign up under it.
What applies to you is the contract YOU signed. That is the way business and the legal world work. All the disclaimers in the world are null and void if they are retroactrive. When T&Cs state that they are subject to change anytime, it’s just meant to pull wool over your eyes. A contract is a contract is a contract. It’s an agreement between two parties. What other parties agree to is irrelevant.
