Not really.
If you read the other thread, there are a few of those people, who said they have not actually read the T&Cs. Well, “ignorance of the law is not a defense”, not reading the T&Cs is not a defence either. If you sign a contract without reading it, you cannot blame the other party when they enforce it.
What I fail to grasp here is – you believe that BCP should pay you, because that’s per their T&C, but complain when they don’t as per their T&C.
