When people lose their homes and file bankrupcy and can’t afford to pay $4.50 for a gallon of gas and there is NO ONE left to tax or purchas anything but the rich then we will ALL be sick of the BS and figure out a solution.
I dont think all the finance issues can be blamed on the government.Just from the few friends i know that are American , I can see that getting credit is USA is too easy.My friend is on social security and single mother of a 10 years old ,She has $50,000 in debt on credit cards and loans ,doesn’t own a home and makes maybe $30,000 a year.All these mortgages failing has mostly to do with people overextending themselves and not planning for rainy days.
I agree there are pockets of people affected by Job Losses ,but i think stupidity and overspending has MUCH to do with it.Attitudes by the banks and people in general here in Canada are more conservative.We have always had 25 year mortgage terms and you buy what you can afford in that time frame.
I am a single mother of a 18 year old Son ,my child support from his Dad is $450 a month.Until I came to work for Judy three years ago i never made more than $35,000 a year.It amazes me how many of my friends had big paying jobs at GM ,Making double the money and was living paycheck to paycheck.I just bought my First home and move in October 1 ,I bought a $190,000 townhouse although my bank told me i can buy up to $347,000.
If i go back to making $14 dollars an hour i can still afford it.
I think who you vote for depends which side of fence you are sitting.I think if ‘none of the above’ was an option that is who you guys will vote for.Good luck is all I will say LOL.
