Thats true, Barrack/Hillary would have been a good ticket, but the problem was that ex-president Bill Clinton would have undermined Obama’s presidency. The Clintons never wanted Kerry to get elected just like they don’t want Obama to get elected.

It was really a perfect storm in a lot of ways triggered by 9/11.
In the end Sadam himself admitted the the whole WMD thing was just a facad to keep Iran from invading. Although he had the world fooled as well.
That combined with Saddam threatening to kill Bush’s father (Bush 41) during the Gulf War and Bush’s father double crossing the Kurds when they wanted to stage a coup. Perhaps the current Bush wanted to get revenge or make right his fathers double cross of the Kurds.
Then again maybe oil supplies are depleted and we just don’t know about it. Perhaps Opec and the oil companies are just cashing in.
I know one thing I’ve come to the conclusion that the Iraq war was deliberately dragged out for money and political purposes.
