Last June I asked Renee why I never received any email promos and she said I opted-out in July of 2007 (for all the properties). She added me back in around the beginning of this July.
A few days later I was opted out again. However I never, ever clicked on any unsubscribe links.
I did receive a promo the other day but that was the only one I recall. Even when I have bonus credits I never get an email from the pitt boss.
I wonder if players aren’t getting the promos.
