Hi all,

RA has never made a secret of this. I never have liked it of course, and it would be great if this thread gets them to change policy on that because as big of supporter as I am … I’ve been cutting back exposure just because of the fact that it is very likely I have lost players .. big players .. to the cross-promote.

Here’s the thing. I still make as much or more with them as I do with with any other program named on here that is known for keeping aff tags in cross promote.

in the case of non-MGS … a lot more.

And at same time there are programs that are known to tag everything for us … that I can’t justify keeping listed (financially).

so which way do you go?

At least I’ve been told straight from beginning how RA works. I’m surprised some of you are surprised, that was one of my first questions was what are you doing with a stable of casinos like that to offer … in respect to how my players are retained?

Over the years when times were better it was easier to over look of course. I very much appreciated their honest approach. … and still very much do.

Yaniv didn’t dance around his reply though you know he wanted to … what AM wouldn’t ?

I am not sticking up for RA here. I need them to change that policy too. And for their own greater good I imagine. If I was starting to cut back their exposure I can imagine how its been for lesser staunch supporters.

*I haven’t really cut back exposure I’ve just been less inclined to jump to putting them at the top of the list .. and exactly for this matter.

I can’t any longer afford to lose players to cross promotes. I mean if I can help it anyway.

I won’t turn my back on them. … not even close to that. But yes it would sure go a long ways towards cementing them into the long-range plan if they’d promise to either stop cross-promoting or else tag the players.

And I’d settle for them just tagging the player from inside the Rewards website where they are given the reward money. I bet we lose a ton of players to them choosing to spend that money at a different brand in the network.

If I could get that I think I’d be happy to risk giving up the disks that get snail-mailed.

* maybe the players are tagged to us inside the rewards site … but I would think that’s not somewhere they’d have bothered to install tracking.

anybody know how that works?
