I did notice that it’s mostly sportsbooks that accept paypal. And you can only use paypal if you live in specific countries..
I have no clue on the how or why.. but here is some additional info. I wouldn’t shout “stay clear”, but do stay with the known brands..
I think these are the countries that are allowed:
Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Australia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal & Sweden.
And these I know that work with paypal:
