The best incentives I have gotten is being paid on time ,groups like slotocash and fortune dont have to ask us to give them more players and traffic .We promote them because of their reputations with us and our players.One group took me out to dinner 3 times in 2007 trying to get me to deal with them ,I enjoyed the dinners but not to the point of actively promoting them hahaha.Higher commissions will get higher positions but if you have 10 groups you do well with it becomes harder to decide who gets top 3-4 then a gift or a nice dinner may be the deciding factor
