Steps to take against theives:
Post all info you have here, name n shame they say then.. here’s some advice I posted for a similar problem here:
1. You report the stolen text to google (getting rid of any possibility of ad sense accounts on the domains that steal content), get them delisted from serps, etc.
2. Report them to their host, point them to both copies of the content, and attach proof of ownership. In the subject of the email write DCMA Report.
4. Legal Recourse can be taken, monetary damages can be sought after, this is pretty rare though, because it’s very involved, especially if both parties aren’t even in the same country. This is the reason most people use the Google DMCA road.
A buncha stuff that either irritates me, or I don’t understand:
The stars there irritated me. I think that’s out and out rude, and obv that they wanted the article without giving access to the source.
http://taplpoker.com/?p=10628 <-- these guys seem to just be syndicating what google posts, I get google alerts from them for most all my articles. I think that's ok. Just odd that they end up linking back to google. Google might mind though.. beats me. http://www.pokahblog.com/2008/06/21/poker-politics-poker-players-unite-this-election-year-4flushcom-2/ same
Again same.. seem to get a bunch of ppl that re-syndicate googles pages. Not sure if that’s ok, not ok, or if it helps or hurts. I get about 20 email alerts a day from google alerts where my content is copied or a snippet like that is copied.
A BUNCH of them are just out n out scrapes of articles that go into google news.
