The good affiliate managers are also called FRIENDS ,the kind that take time to get to know the people behind the screen.One of my managers I have worked with for 2 years now and in that time have had 3 surgeries , he has sent me flowers all three times ,sends me a birthday gift every year and about 2 months ago I got to finally meet him in person .We went out to dinner ,the bill was quite a bit of money and I insisted to pay for it ,he almost cried because I wouldn’t let him pay
The favorite ones are also not always the ones you make the most money with ,they are just really great people to interact with.My mom always said treat everyone like you wish to be treated and I deal that way in business too.
