I wonder if a website about blacklisted affiliates could make any sense, I mean one similar to the banks’ blacklisted debtors which they use among each other to rate someone’s credibility.
On the other hand I think everything depends on the affiliate programs and their reactions (as they can do damage to these shady affiliates by stopping to pay them) – just maybe a centralized list could come handy for them to mark bad affiliates so they can see who is a no-no to work with.
Or maybe I am too naive :shakebutt
