I always like to have a few facts before making an accusation.
Accusation: Google give higher search results to websites that display Adwords?
Answer: IMO No they do not.

So folks I really don’t see Google trying to screw you out of position for the term “online casino” or any other term.
The story of duplicate content ranking higher than the original is a major worry I admit. Hopefully Google will respond to these allegations.
