Just get used to higher prices and less service. The trend will be for much higher costs and less schedule flexibility. If you’re not coming and going to/from a major city you’ll be driving, staying in hotels and in general just experiencing higher costs across the board.
The only thing on the plus side is that people will eventually tend to stay closer to home and take advantage of home entertainment options including online gaming. They are already doing this and it will continue to steamroll.
