Thanks for your understanding.
In regards to admin and processing, we have a new person taking care of this, her name is Jade and she is currently working on improving all admin and cash matters regarding players. She also answers player’s questions on Casino meister.

We are accepting depositors, admittedly we are not as strong as we where back last year, however processing across the board for all US brands fluctuates this is just a bi-product of the nature of the industry we are in.

We are working on bring in new processing, we have new solution which is technically ready, it promises to be the best we have ever had. We are waiting on paperwork for this to be finalized.

In addition to this I have just produced a new set of marketing tools for retention, which should be in place shortly.

All in all their is room for improvement and we can definitely grow.
