To all concerned about late payments.
1. I understand you all completely regarding this matter, you all have overheads that need to be met and you need to work with reliable casinos to pay you on time.
2. Your concern should be getting paid only, I do however want to let you know that I am trying to improve things at this end so, payments are paid on time and if misled chased up correctly. Currently I am not in charge of this process and merely pass on requests on a daily basis and do my best to get others to chase up the banks.
3. As of next month I will be completely taking care of payments, creating each one and sending the instruction for the bank to pay.
Nothing will miss the radar and, chasing up old payments will be easier. A lump some of money will be set aside to cover affiliate payments no matter what.
4. Up until now the system in place, as you all know has not worked smoothly. For all those who are still waiting for old payments I have requested that we just pay again and not try and find the missing ones.
5.For all who are waiting for June payments, due to lack of communication and inefficiency on behalf of one of our processors, money was not transferred into the correct account. The situation as been rectified and rest of the payments will be made by the end of today.
I totally put my hands up in the name of Rushmore and admit that we have not got it 100% right when it comes to paying you guys on time and chasing up payment matters.
I know that this e-mail is not tangible and your minds will be put at rest, only once you actually receive your cash.
Please take into consideration that I am not trying to get out of anything or argue a point, you will all get paid and things will get better.
