I don’t see the conversation as a threat, however I have worked with Cpays on several occasions, and they do a way of trying to intimidate you into “their way of thinking”. I do feel he was hoping a little negative talk about other programs would turn you towards Cpays, but he quickly realized it wasn’t going to work and backed off.
