Could be a double bluff…..lure them in and then the nets will drop as soon as they walk off the plane at JFK. If I was them, I wouldn´t risk it until the Preacher Man or Bill´s Old Lady gets in or they´ll be doing time at His Majesty´s Pleasure.
i sincerely doubt that this is a case of double bluffing. there is just no apparent reason for DOJ to ‘pretend’. if they wanted to lure them in, they would have just sent papers to UK to ask for necessary individuals to be extradited…considering that US and UK signed the ‘fast track’ terrorism extradition documents, it wouldn’t be hard…particularly when you have morons in US congress who have gone as far as linking online casino operations with terrorism (following this logic, Osama is probably hiding somewhere in CAP or GPWA).
furthermore, the only people who ever got arrested were involved with sportsbetting, not online casino/poker. perhaps the DOJ doesn’t have such a strong case for casino/poker gambling, as opposed to sportsbetting.
…so nah, no double bluffing here.
