We have an update from register.com on procedure for moving this foward. I’ll be directing them towards this thread so that they are aware of Fortune’s history and record for spamming:
For valid complaints to be investigated properly you must provide the following information:
For UCE/Spamvertising complaints, we require the email message with full header information and the html of the body of the email, including the domain in violation, then to forward to [email protected].
For Phishing complaints, we require the domain & URL in violation and the nature of the complaint, then to forward to [email protected].
So – that’s what we HAVE to do. Every spam from Fortune, we need to forward to [email protected]
