Admittingly they dont have main page exposure at the moment but that’s just because the site is changing at the moment, mine not theirs.
I had the same problems with Cpays as you are talking about but I’m confident that this won’t happen with WebRoute whatever the history and feel happy with the relationship and conversions I am receiving at the moment.
As with CPays when they messed me about, remove them and never to touch them again – trust for me is a two way street and in this business aren’t we all trusting that our stats are 100% correct. Are we ever truly 100% certain that we are getting all due to us?
