Just a quick reply to this regarding the cost of dental treatment in the US (based on more4me post) if you need dental work costing 80k USD you should consider getting the work done overseas.
A lot of people in Europe are travelling to countries like Turkey, that offer 1st class dental, medical and cosmetic treatments for a fraction of the cost of what you would pay in the UK and US
Like anything shop around, but definitely worth a look.
