yes
as long my site had that status locked
I watched the statistics daily
I seen googlebot comes, but used only a few bytes
I was thinking, wow somehow this seems like the bot cant acces
well i did unlock and 2 days later i seen the bot used a few 100 KB
and then within a week my site was indexed
maybe it was just coincidence………..
but it cant hurt to try.
