This may be a scam. Somebody in Britain once contacted me via email notifying me that one of their clients was wanting to register my business name in South Africa as a .co.za domain.
It turned out that they were trying to get me to purchase this domain name through them at some highly inflated price. I did a quick domain check and my business name was still available. I purchased it locally at a fraction of the cost.
