Update:
I was told from a couple other RTG based casino manager that their software provider is currently working on a dispute resolution program and intends to bring it up sooner or later in 2008.
I have heard similar rumour already over the last couple years, but this time it sounds really promising.
We shall see how this software provider is trying to clean up its mud.
