Funny stories…hmmmm I have one moment that comes to my mind when traveling from Barcelona to California after a very successful CAP Euro show…
John, myself and Greg were waiting patiently to check in at the airport. We all were going to try and talk the airline attendant to upgrade us to first class. Now if any of you have been to Barcelona, the majority of the country ONLY speaks Spanish… So our very “observant” friend Gpowell decided that nobody spoke English so he could say whatever he wanted. We were all pretty fed up with having been driven around in circles by the cab drivers and pretty much not knowing the country language.
As we walked over to the counter Greg exclaims ” Bitch Give Me First Class!”:banger: John and myself were so shocked we were speechless! At this point, I was convinced that security would be showing up at any minute to escort us out of the airport! Anyhow, the attendant obviously didnt give us first class..but did shoot Greg a very nasty look. The rest of the flight back John, myself and Greg were rolling in laughter! And to this day it still brings a chuckle!:la-de-da:
