First of all, thank you for your inputs regarding this. It’s always good to get different opinions.
We have decided to remove this minimum player rule and add another rule to the termination clause just as kwblue suggested.
This is the rule we added to the termination clause:
“We reserve the right to protect us against sportsbetting players taking advantage of our program. These players, often referred to as ”arbitrage” players, uses the affiliate program to their advantage by referring them self in order to get 30% commission from their own losses in the sportsbook. If we find evidence of such conduct, the agreement will be terminated with immediate effect.”
Once again I want to thank all of you for your inputs. As some of you comprehended this rule as predatory it was a no-brainer to remove it.
We are there for the affiliates just as much as the affiliates are there for us. And the same goes of course for the T/C’s.
