Recently a long-time client made a deposit at Bookmaker, which is BetCris US facing brand.
Because of a clerical error—he listed OffshoreInsider.com (no “s”) instead of OffshoreInsiders.com mistakenly. The other site is merely a parked site. The client contacted Bookmaker directly to clarify which was a simple clerical error.
Bookmaker has refused to credit me with the client, acknowledging he contacted them to clarify what was a very minor typing omission.
Not only do I get screwed out of a referral but knowing the person is a good client, I honored the month of free plays, a $799 package he may have otherwise purchased.
Because I get StatFox feed (a valuable part of the partnership), I may not completely remove Bookmaker from my site, but certainly will never make them part of this successful promotion.
