I am not trying to say your casino is bad, nor do I actually think so. I just know that many other RTG casinos also had good reputations in the past and then disappeared from one day to another. Bet on Sports, Luckygames, The Casino Online, etc. are only few sad examples of what happens when an RTG casino goes bankrupt.
I have personally played at hundreds of different online casinos myself over the last several years and can review them in any imaginable detail. I just know that there is nothing I nor anyone else could do with RTG when problems come up again.
If you want to compare software providers it is better to compare them to other competitors, rather than Microsoft.
Boss Media, Cryptologic, Microgaming, Grand Virtual, etc. simply almost never cause such problems, and when they do, they usually clean up their mess decently. Only Playtech is another example of similar carelessness about who they give their software to.
Anyway, any webmaster is of course free to make its own decissions, but I thought to post my point of view over here.
