I’m pretty sure that Vegas Partner does not enforce the term, otherwise my affiliate account would have been closed a year ago due to inactivity.
In fact I don’t think GSN enforces it either, but I stopped promoting them after realizing that their stats don’t update and the problem has been going on for at least a year.
