Vegas Partner was never reviewed at AGD, but I did check out their terms and they have an identical term.
TERMS wrote:
i) Should you not refer a minimum of 1 (one) new real purchasing player for a consecutive 3 month period, your account will be terminated with immediate effect, and the commission earned to date of termination will be paid to you in full, no further commissions will be payable after this.
This term dates back to January 2004, so has been in effect for a very long time. We will review their terms and mark them predatory as well since the company is unwilling to change the terms and become affiliate-friendly (unlike just about every other affy program in the industry).
Bad business IMO.
