FT has decided to enforce these predatory terms.
They have sited increases in technology capability to be able to do this as the reason as well as the legal team pressuring them to enforce terms in their T&Cs. Instead of simply removing the stupid stuff – they have chosen to please the legal team by enforcing it.
This will undoubtedly have a drastic effect on the affiliate-business relationship at Full Tilt Poker.
