I do give player support. It usually doesn’t take much because I only list good casinos I trust and because I don’t have a lot of freebies on my site, so people who run bonus scams don’t tend to go there. I don’t have an “about us” page, although I have considered adding one and probably will soon. I do give my email on the index page.
Mailed link requests end up in the trash, and PMs here usually get declined politely. I don’t link much. No point asking me.
Your email and IP and whatnot are constantly harvested by pros who do nothing but harvest addies. They have all kinds of tricks up their sleeves and usually run ad agencies, or sell to ad agencies. And that’s why you get spammed, even on brand new addresses.
It’s part of life on the internet, and I don’t like it, but I refuse to grow grey hair over something I can’t change. And I won’t compromise the quality of service to players over it either.
