Players
I’m not sure if I’ve got the ability to resolve problems on their behalf. I can speak to my aff managers, but I’m not really able to intervene between players and the casinos themselves.
Plus, I really don’t have the time to sift out the wheat from the chaff in respect of those players who are trying to game the system.
It may sound irresponsible, but I’d rather take care to promote casinos with decent reputations and good customer service, and to include full contact details as part of my reviews.
Webmasters
I don’t respond to unsolicited emails asking for link requests. Why bother, when forums like this exist? CAP etc are great because you’ve got numerous points of contact and some assurance that the webmaster is genuine. I’ve entered into a few exchanges with people whose opinons I’ve come to respect on the forums, and who took the time to write a personal request, having researched my site in advance.
Contact details
Other websites I’ve had have included email addresses for eg feedback or articles. As with Engineer, I’ve had 1 genuine contact and thousands of crap emails. I just don’t bother checking them any more. There are ways to contact me if you want to, but they don’t include ringing me or coming to my door.
