Thank you for your patience during this, we have solved the issue this
morning with regards to your earnings reflecting zero balances.

The problem was related to the currency conversion formula,
the amount was set to 0 which resulted in the amount multiplying
by 0 which resulted in the amounts not reflecting correctly.

With regards to all you who have lost all of your old players please mail
me you affIDs so that I can run a report and look into for you.
