First of all, if someone would have communicated with me and explained that your casino would have gotten in trouble for processing the transaction, then perhaps I would have toned this whole thing down and had different sentiments because that actually makes a little sense. But no one ever told me this, as a matter of fact I never got one correspondence at all even after several attempts made by me inquiring about where my money was and what was going on with it. That was exactly why I had to bring Miles from the affiliate dept into the mix so I could finally get the ball rolling with some sort of communication after being ignored for 2 weeks. In addition you have already completed what consitutes an a-z transaction as outlined by you when you refunded my deposit after making my purchase and playing, so refunding only my deposit while not paying my winnings given your reasoning above does not hold water.
In regards to your funds , we are always fair, we try and get you back to the condition you were before you had entered the casino, that’s why we have agreed to refund your initial purchase
So you actually want me to believe that you would have refunded my deposit had I lost. Thats a pretty big reach for any reasonable person to accept and I as well as the other people here are smarter than that. Maybe you would have sent me a singing telegram blessing me with the great news that I have a $1500 check on the way because you found out I had a gambling problem and are returning me to the condition I was in before I gambled at your casino. Pleeeeeeeeeease, you should give everyone here a little more credit than that.
we would have liked to have locked your account once you had revisited and not allowed any play whatsoever ,but as our fraud team are very thorough and dedicated to double checking and triple checking before we consider any action taken on an account that’s the reason we allowed any play on your account the fact the won during this time is insignificant as your account was lined up to be locked.
Again, your want me to believe you would have refunded my deposit had I lost. Any reasonable person knows had I lost my money you would not be refunding my deposit, so it does in fact make it significant whether I lost the money or not because with one of the outcomes I have my deposit back, yet with the other outcome you keep my deposit. You trying to have it both ways and you can’t just keep my deposit if I lose while not paying out the winnings if I win. I risked that money in good faith and being that there are different outcomes for me depending whether or won or lost, then you need to honor my risk and pay me accordingly. You just can’t have it both ways which is exactly what your trying to do.
In summary, it’s pretty clear to me that none of the reasons you stated in that document are not genuine reasons for what has transpired thus far, but instead they are simly after the fact attempts to come up with some crafty reason to justify how you have handled this situation. Especially given the fact that you ignored my repeated inquiries to get some dialogue going. Your reasoning does not hold water, and any way you try to spin this situation there will be holes in your reasoning for stealing my winnings and its clear to me and hopefully everyone else that is following this thread.
You guys don’t intimidate me, I am just standing up for what I think is right and this isn’t right. But I am smart enough to know when I am at a dead end and am not going to waste anymore time with this. You and your team can have all the sit downs you want to come up with a justification for your actions, but your reasoning is contradictory and your actions clearly tell a different story.
