there is not much that can be done until they review the situation completely. i would expect bodog to flag such plays and do a thorough investigation before re-opening the account.
just think of the amount of players that would regularly try to defraud bodog. or any other sportsbook. for every 10 valid players, there is always someone trying to make money illegitimately. that’s the gambling industry for ya…
as for customer support, i’ve previously been in contact with bodog and they were top notch. i guess it goes on case to case basis.
as for fax not being legible, i don’t think this can even be counted as a reason 
if a fax is not readable, it will need to be resent as many times as necessary until they can read it…maybe scanner can be a better option?
