Sad to see this happening to you.
I hope you will get all of your money back soon.
Make some screen copies just in case.
Run mcafee / be aware suspicious emails presumed to be from C2pay.
Only logon from a fresh browser start / delete all cookies and not needed explorer history after the issue is solved.
