It’s interesting to note that no one seems to like phone calls. When I was active, I got called too – and hated it.
On the other hand, I prefer email – and one of the biggest complaints I had is that some – in fact many – aff programs were very slow to respond, if they responded at all. It was the very few aff programs who understood that fast responses were necessary who got the bulk of my business.
In other words – if you see the email come in, don’t leave it until tomorrow, or the next day – treat it like you might treat an incoming fax or phone call – immediately. If you treat email like snail-mail, then expect your business to grow at a snail’s pace.
