This is a hard area man… I have been here a few times myself. Let me suggest one thing to you my friend…. “NEVER DO THOSE DEALS WITH ANY CASINO”. Unless you can somehow track this stuff yourself and thats close to impossible.
As far as the stat thing… thats how most will do it.. the deposits and wagering and so forth are not important if its just a cpa deal. I think this is so you dont see how much your losing lmao!
As far as the refund of the money… well I would talk to them about keeping some of it for admin costs and ad space for branding their name IMO.. However, a deal is a deal and I agree with honoring your side of it but if somehow you can show how much you have sent them in traffic vs signups and compare that to early results then you could argue this point as well.
If you really want to be nasty… IMO I dont think they can actually get that money back unless you decide to give it back. They would have to spend a bunch of money I would think in order to get it back from you. Its kinda like us trying to get winnings/payments from them.. I think that if a casino decided not to pay. There is not anyway we can actually get them to pay us (not even using Montana overseas)<-- do they even exist anymore?.
