It’s a good idea, I’ve signed up to try it and I hope you keep improving it and do well.

Here’s some suggestions.

– don’t automatically charge the monthly credit card fee after the free trial. It’d be good to be able to sign up for the yearly rate after the trial. It’s not a porn site – why use that aggressive model? This is software – just disable it after three days and then let the user decided which subscription to buy. The cautious people who want to try before they buy will most often also be the ones that want to go with the long term option if they like what they see. It annoyed me that I had to either sign up for the yearly rate OR try it before I bought – I couldn’t do both unless I cancel everything, and sign up all over again…

– add the ability to have multiple ‘account profiles’ under the one login. A lot of affiliates will have accounts that they own 100% and then some in partnership with others. Or they will want to keep general sites and gaming sites apart, so segregated monthly totals and account stats need to be kept. I don’t think a separate subscription should be needed for this. Even just the ability to ‘group’ programs and have subtotals would do. It’s too simplistic to assume that everything is always lumped into the one total.

– it needs a way to account for tiered revenue share percentages, otherwise stats at some programs will be inaccurate month to month if a higher % is attained. For example – Bodog’s stats return just the NGR, so a earn % has to be manually input into stats remote – but in my case revenue grew to a new threshold this month, upping % earn from what it was the previous month – if I change the percentage in the account details it makes this month accurate, but past months inaccurate…

– a mass account upload feature would be good – from a csv or similar. It’d be very easy to do and really cut down the initial setup time. Get the program to export a spreadsheet with all the gaming programs listed and the required fields, then affiliates fill in usernames & passwords and delete unnecessary rows, then import it back to the software.

– with all the data that it has access to, I’m surprised there are no reporting or graphing tools available. You can’t even export… Sure you can copy and paste to excel I guess, but it’d be nice to hit a button and graph the year’s growth month to month and stuff like that. What’s the use of having stats if you can’t get them represented in the easiest formats to understand and see your trends? You might say this is just a stats gathering tool, not an analysis tool, but if I log into the affiliate websites, I can do things like this at most programs and look at month to month stats all at once, so if you want people to skip logging into the affiliate sites, we need the same sort of tools available.

– Why make the password field be filled in twice? I understand it for collecting data accurate data via a web form – but for a reporting app it is just overkill and a waste of time to paste the password twice all the time.

– please add Full Tilt Poker, PokerStars, Duplicate Poker, 888, Bookmaker.com, Poker4ever, Poker Host, Fabulous.com.

It saves a lot of time in logging in everywhere, and I’m going to stay a customer just for that. But in terms of comparative value – I don’t even pay Bill Gates $1 a day to use windows or office and they are often updated and have a LOT of tools etc! This is worth it for me because of the sheer number of programs to check – but is it good value for money in terms of what somebody would usually pay for software – I’m not so sure. I think you’d grow your user base a lot more by dropping the price point a little and looking into alternate revenue streams like advertising – you can’t get a much more targeted audience and I’d actually like to see some offers from affiliate programs that want my business as I’m checking stats.
