Basically you get off and before you pass through Immigration, you go to the Turbojet desk and register/get your ticket and present your baggage ID tag (you can book online through that link above but its a tad confusing). Immigration is done when you get to Macau.
They then take care of your baggage for you by the looks of things. I guess you need to make sure your luggage is clearly labelled with your destination before you fly out there. Also check this page:
