Thanks Nick777,
OddsOn let me add something to clarify it even more, after talking to Nick777, perhaps to address our main misunderstanding; There is not such a thing as a site rule of minimum payout of $2k for our players. your player chose a US virtual card which have a limit on it of $2k. (from the card provider not from us).
Also, if I were to reduce winning from all affiliates accounts, what will happen is that I will most likely loss all my affiliates while all accounts will be constantly negative.
the money which is not being processed nor coming in or going out of the player account is not relevant to neither of us and shouldn’t be reflected.
it is only real money for the player and it is up to him to decide how he would like to use it, therefore if he wants to withdraw we (operator + affiliate) both loss real money so we share this real money loss at the time we pay him (withdrawal time) if he decide to play it off then no one lose, so why to remove the winning from your affiliate account as this money stayed in the system.
I do hope this clears it up.
