Hi OddsOn,
Revenue Giants DO NOT carry over a negative balance!
Please let me explain, A negative carry over is when your affiliate account is based on the loss and win of your player activities. i.e. your earning will be based on the life time activity of your players.
For example; if a player win in month 1 $10k you will have a negative balance in month 1 and if he will lose $5k in month 2 when the affiliate program carries a negative balance then your earning for month 2 will be negative even though now the players lost money (net gaming -5,000) however if the affiliate program DO NOT carry over a negative balance like Revenue Giants, in month 2 you will earn for a net gaming of $5k and month 1 will not be calculated at all.
Per your individual case, your player won $8,800, which he then decided to withdraw 3 times with his preferred payment method, while playing with the remaining:
1. 1 Oct 2007 $2,000
2. 10 Oct 2007 $2,000
3. 16 Oct 2007 $1,105.25
All were paid in the month of Oct, so I don’t understand what’s the issue here, as in your account the only negative balance you will see is for Oct, and not 3 months as you suggested.
You cannot see the winning of a player because this is still NOT considered to be money that you lost therefore, will not be fair to include it in your affiliate account, because we haven’t paid anything to the player yet, this system works the same in most of other affiliate programs, you can see the withdrawals amount and not the winning.
As if in your case I will show you the winning it will be $8,800 however, the player played with $3,694.75 and only requested $5,105.25, so the only fair thing to show you is the money that was paid to him.
I do hope referring to your individual case help you understand it better.
Cheers,
