Also, I’ve seen many times in the past years where someone said they weren’t getting replies from iNetBet (which always replies promptly), and iNetBet would say they did reply to the person but their email ended up in a junk/spam folder or something like that. Make sure you’re checking those when you’re expecting a reply. Ben replies within 24 hours or less 99% of the time it seems. He’s pretty good about that.
