I should have added that as a player I have received responses to all of my emails and have received the same exceptional service that they’ve always provided.
I just haven’t been able to get a response from [email protected] in regards to my affiliate questions. In the past I’ve always received a response in 24-hours or less.
I haven’t asked their customer support about the lack of response because my issues aren’t time sensitive or serious.
