It’s a war of attrition now. It’s probably not going to get any better until a change of Administration here in the US. But as the lame duck Bush gets closer to Jan 09, the less interested the DOJ will be in actively persueing online gambling entities. As well, the less interested banks will be in stopping such transactions. A law is only as good as the intent to enforce it. I see very little intent to enforce this one, except for a few Bible Thumpers, and they are on their way out of office shortly.
