I was guilty of both and when you are awake 18+ hours a day you tend to eat alot more.About 2 months ago ,I got pains in my chest ,shortness of breath etc and since that time been on a more healthier exercise and meal plan.Carbs are too easy to prepare ,I take 2 x 20 minute breaks a day to ride my stationary bike ,going out takes too much time .I keep my exercise bike in same room with my computer and tv and a picture of myself from 1997 when i was HOT,now i am just luke warm hehehe
