No program is perfect – but I think it helps to have an affiliate manager assigned to your account. I have a great one and it makes all the difference. This is a big company and I agree that sometimes they get mixed up a lot but so far we have always sorted out things correctly with good communication. I would suggest to ask for a manager assigned to your account, at least you would know who to contact for these matters.
