Hi guys,

I couldn’t help but comment on this one, not only because we proudly work with RTG, but because I believe the argument behind your suggestion to boycott all RTG casinos is not only detrimental to the business you benefit from as a whole, but a form of collective punishment that would in no way help anyone.

RealTime Gaming is a software provider, akin to Microsoft, Macromedia or Adobe. They sell their product, and they sell licenses.
If a certain individual uses Windows XP to hack into your computer, are Microsoft responsible for that crime? Or other licensees of that software?

In this case, your vigilance is what is needed more than anything. As affiliates, YOU are the individuals who are paid to inform consumers which casinos are legitimate, and which ones aren’t. Boycotting all RTG casinos is just plain foolishness.

I hope no one takes this boycott suggestion seriously.

Those are my two cents.
And once again, Rushmore casino rocks! See you all in Barcelona :santa2:

Not only is boycotting all RTG’s foolish I don’t think it can it be done with any serious consequences. It’s not like the (news) media where a story instantly reaches millions and a companies sales and reputation can be destroyed overnight.

However, I would imagine that since RTG licenses their software they would pull the license for rogue operators to protect their rep just like lottery comissions do.

The way to go is to get enough players and affiliate to report a rogue casino to RTG directly.
