I figured I would not earn much sympathy with this one, but still wanted to get going some discussion about an important matter.
RTG will not change a thing until they are forced to! When comparing the number of legit RTG operators to the number of foul, incompetent, unattractive or simply crooked ones, the playable RTG joints are a slim minority. Considering this, I am now wondering what all the defrauded players and webmasters can do…?
-Nothing!!
RTG removed their dispute service, players and affiliates of closed down operations remain unpaid and nobody is there to help or pay. IF any operator goofes up, as it already happened many times in the past, there is usually no protection for customers at all. Most Microgaming Casinos have Ecogra, Playtech at least “officially” runs their useless “service to mediate”, but RTG itself has nothing and provides even less.
There is NO backup in case anything goes wrong!
