I just learned that there are 2 types of no follow tags.
Page Level
This works at page level. The page is indexed, but no links are explored.
Link Level
This works at link level, allowing you to choose which links shouldn’t be followed.
By the way, wikipedia.org is adding rel=”nofollow” to all its outgoing links.
